Art is one of my big passions and has become an important focus for means of therapy.
Creativity is located in the same area of the brain as trauma. The process of combining painting, yoga and meditation can be hugely transformative. It can allow oneself to free and unblock both past and present emotions brining healing, calm and well-being.
I try to paint without judgement, with no rules so I can fully let go and enjoy what comes, what ever colour, shape or form
