In these unprecedented times, our world is undergoing significant changes and challenges, leaving many of us feeling uncertain and anxious about the future. The COVID-19 pandemic, political instability, and economic downturns have all contributed to a sense of unpredictability and fear of the unknown. As a result, many of us are experiencing high levels of stress, anxiety, and even depression, which can lead to feelings of exhaustion and hopelessness.
It's important to recognise that these feelings are normal and understandable given the circumstances. However, it's also crucial to take steps to manage these emotions and regain a sense of control and stability in our lives. This is where mindfulness and self-compassion come in.
The intention of this 6-week online course is to provide you with the tools and skills to take the reins back and regain your energy, self-esteem, and emotional regulation. By developing a daily practice of mindfulness and self-compassion, you will learn how to cultivate a kinder and more loving relationship with yourself. This involves recognising and accepting your emotions, thoughts, and experiences without judgment, and responding to them with kindness and compassion.
Each retreat is curated to support and inspire
During the day there will be a variety of diverse, creative workshops and team building exercise to get involved in, which generally means that everyone will find one activity they resonate with, with some “Aha” moments to reflect on.
What will the course consist of?
*6 x 75minute online zoom sessions - Learning through guided meditations, short talks, experiential exercises (including mindful breathwork), discussion and suggested readings/recordings for home practice.
*Practicing self-compassion
*Discovering your compassionate voice
*Self-compassion and resilience (including strategies for working with difficult emotions)
*Self-compassion and boundaries (including how to be clear with your boundaries in a compassionate way)
*Making Self compassion count in everyday life.

A corporate wellness day retreat is a day-long event that provides employees with opportunities to engage in wellness activities such as yoga, mindfulness meditation, nutrition education, art therapy, team-building exercises, and more.

All employees should be encouraged to attend a corporate wellness day retreat. However, the specific employees who attend may depend on the focus and goals of the retreat.

The activities I provide at a corporate wellness day retreat include yoga, mindfulness meditation, team-building exercises, creative collaging, stress management workshops and creative visioning.

Vision boards work with the vast power of the subconscious mind, and help us bring to the fore that which we deeply value and yearn for, through an enriching and joyful creative process. Through this creation process itself and through regular reviewing techniques, we encode the images, words and ‘energies’ of the vision into our consciousness and stay on track with the realisation of our potential.
During the workshop your team will be guided through a step-by-step process to create a collage using images, words, paint and small objects to bring their visions, ethos and ideal mood for the company alive!
This is so much fun and so interesting to see what everyone comes up with and how they see the future of the company in their own unique way and together.
All materials will be provided and your team will leave with their very own unique vision board and instructions of how to utilise it for ongoing manifestation, to help assist with the overall vision and goals of the company.
People are free to bring any images or special items they wish on the day to incorporate into their board. Some people like to include a photo of themselves looking happy but this is optional (and the board can always be added to later).
