The monthly events will take place at The Community Master Park Hub, Oxted, Surrey. Free parking is available directly outside the main building, and the event will be held in the Oak Room on the second floor.
More about the Sessions:
The Monthly Reset is a two-hour invitation to completely reset and recharge your batteries. Together, we’ll begin with mindful breathing and traditional yogic pranayama practices to deepen breath awareness and cultivate a sense of calm presence. From there, we’ll move through a thoughtful, integral yoga flow designed to build strength, alignment, flexibility, and balance within both body and mind.
The session will close with an extended deep relaxation, allowing the nervous system to fully unwind and receive whilst enjoying a mini massage and Reiki to support deep rest and restoration.
For those wishing to connect a little longer, you can pre-book a delicious, healthy lunch at the café below by contacting the café directly or via the provided registration link. This follows the session for an additional fee. Otherwise, simply come and enjoy this nourishing monthly mini-retreat.
