My classes are taught from the heart and always in an authentic and intuitive way. I have over 20 years of teaching and practising Yoga and it is always evolving. My passion for sharing my teachings and learning new practises continues to bring me joy on and off the mat.

I love to empower others by giving them confidence and new tools to move beyond the limitations they believed they had. I like to feel that my classes not only offer an opportunity for people to come and improve their mental and physical wellbeing, but that they also offer a sanctuary where one can feel safe and completely free to disconnect, within a loving, nurturing environment and community.

As a coach in Mindfulness and Compassion my classes very much integrate the principles and awareness of self love, and how to cultivate much healthier, loving kind relationship towards our selves, our bodies and to others.

Pregnancy yoga

Note: These classes are currently only available on a 1-1 basis either in person or online

These classes are a wonderful way of supporting mums to be, both mentally and physically in a safe and gentle way.

Pregnancy yoga classes are so much more than Yoga. Not only will they offer effective breathing techniques and exercises to help assist you with shortness of breath during pregnancy and labour, the classes will also empower you during your postpartum period.

These classes will be provided you with tools, strength and mental support to help overcome, fear and will assist in giving you confidence and stress release for the body once baby has arrived Earth side. The sessions are a beautiful way for you to connect with the sweetness of your baby, nourishing your beautiful body and mind, enhancing the well-being of both you and baby to be.

Classes are suitable to start after the first trimester.
