Friday, 16th October – Arrival & Opening

  • From 4:00 p.m. onwards – Arrival and settling in
    A nourishing, healthy snack and a cup of tea will be waiting for you

  • 5:30 p.m. – Welcome Circle & Yin Yoga
    An opportunity to arrive fully, connect, and gently unwind

  • 7:30 p.m. – Dinner
    A wholesome evening meal to close the day

Saturday – Deepening Practice & Connection

  • 8:00 a.m. – Morning Meditation & Pranayama
    A mindful and energising start to the day

  • 9:15 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. – Full Yoga Practice

  • 11:00 a.m. – Brunch

  • Afternoon (Free Time)
    Time to rest, explore nature, enjoy a walk, or simply be
    An optional massage is available at 3:00 p.m.

  • 3:30 p.m. – Cooking Workshop with Bogdan
    A shared, hands-on experience creating nourishing food together.

  • 5:30 p.m. – Restorative Yoga
    A deeply relaxing and grounding session

  • 7:00 p.m. – Dinner
    Enjoy a meal lovingly prepared together during the workshop.

  • Evening – Fire & Music
    Time to unwind, connect, and enjoy the atmosphere

Sunday – Integration & Closing

  • 8:00 a.m. – Morning Meditation & Pranayama

  • 9:15 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. – Full Yoga Practice

  • 11:00 a.m. – Brunch

  • Afternoon (Free Time)
    Rest, reflect, or enjoy the surroundings

  • 3:00 p.m. – Light Cooking Workshop
    Preparing a simple, healthy snack to share

  • Late Afternoon / Early Evening – Closing Session
    Soundscape Journey & Yoga Nidra to integrate the weekend
