Tuesday Evenings Online Only - ‘ Relax & Rewire’ - 8:00–8:45pm:

A carefully integrated practice of Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep), breathwork, and positive affirmations, designed to regulate the nervous system and support the rewiring of the mind toward healthier, more positive patterns of thought and breath.

In a world that often feels fast-paced and full of constant doing, I’ve been feeling a deep call to create a space where you can simply pause… soften… and reconnect. This offering is an invitation to step away from the noise and melt into a place of deep rest, ease, and nourishment — all from the comfort of your own home.

These sessions are designed as a sanctuary for you to relax, restore, and just be — no effort required, nothing to achieve.

I truly look forward to welcoming you into this calm and supportive online space
